Eucharistic Congress Continues through Sunday in Indianapolis
The first national Eucharistic Congress in 83 years continues through Sunday at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
On Thursday, Cardinal Timothy Dolan, archbishop of New York, said the opening Mass in the morning with 1,500 priests, bishops, deacons, and seminarians.
According to Susan Ronan, OFS, secretary of the Secular Franciscan National Executive Council, the evening praise and worship service was moving, with talks from Mother Olga and Fr. Mike Schmitz.
“It all just fills your heart with His Love,” Susan said. She is working alongside local Secular Franciscans sharing the joy and love of fraternal spirituality at the Congress.

Franciscan Presence at Eucharistic Congress July 17-21
The 10th National Eucharistic Congress opens today and runs through July 21 in Indianapolis in Expo Hall at the Convention Center.
Secular Franciscans are represented at Booth 312. National Executive Council member Susan Ronan, OFS, is there working alongside members from local fraternities.
The Franciscan friars from Our Lady of Guadalupe Province are promoting vocations to the OFM order at Booth 944.
